Methi thepla is made with fresh fenugreek (methi) leaves and whole grain flours. These leaves are slightly bitter and smell fantastic both raw and when cooked.
When combined with spices and a blend of whole wheat flour, the deep earthy taste of the methi is beautifully balanced.
